It is my intention for you to be happy with our coaching. However, because this package involves a considerable amount of Coach’s time and effort, Client is required to commit to the full 6 months. If Client decides to withdraw or terminate this Contract at any time, for any reason, no refund will be provided.
Coach cannot guarantee the outcome of the course and makes no guarantees other than that the services described above shall be provided to Client in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Client acknowledges that Coach cannot guarantee results for consulting, as such outcomes are based on subjective factors that cannot be controlled by Coach.
Client agrees to indemnify Coach (and its affiliates and its and their directors, officers, employees, and agents) from and against liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) related to a third-party claim or proceeding arising out of a breach by Client of its obligations under this Contract.
